Football Registration Form

There are four (4) age divisions only for youth football. (Cutoff Date - age prior to September 1)

a. 12 year old division (Midget Football) shall be 12 and under prior to September 1st.

b. 10 year old division (Mite Football) shall be 10 and under prior to September 1st.

c. 8 year old division ( Tackle Football) shall be 8 and under prior to September 1st.

d. 6 year old division (Flag Football) shall be 6 and under prior to September 1st.
